Create and modify web 2.0 elements

I need 2 elements for my new website: 1) Please do a bigger version (150x150) of this element: [login to view URL] 2) I need a version with transparent background around this element. [login to view URL] I want to place it on a white background, so there should be NO blue surrounding as seen on top and right in the sample I'm not absolute shure about the color of the sheet, but I think it could be slightly yellow (as used for a post-it, e.g. [login to view URL] ). You should do some different sizes (a bit smaller) as well because I want to use this element as a backgrounf for a login form as well as a background for images and messages Both elements have to be created new because all I have is just a screenshot. The files should be delivered as a transparent background.
