Creation of Payment Gateway

Would like to create a payment gateway system for Bank Muscat as per the API documentation. Companies should be able to register to use the system with their own individual API code. All features of the API documentation need to be implemented in order for the companies to customize these features for their use. Users must be able to register and use the tokensation feature and recurring billing feature to debit the users bank card. Companies should be able to link their existing user database for single sign on , Social sign in etc must also be made available.
Eventually on the front end website the company will invoke the API and the User will be able to process the transaction.
Freelancers who have coded this will be preffered and given priority.
