I require a custom mouth guard art work that will be displayed on a 6ft portrait style portable exhibition stand. The stand will be mostly used at contact sport events, boxing, thai boxing, Karate. I also want to connect with ice hockey, hockey, rugby sports as well. My services allow me to take impressions of the athletes teeth as well as make the custom mouth guard. Illustration of maybe skull or teeth required to educate user of the necessity of using a custom mouth guard instead of boil & bite guards.
