I'm in need of a website like that(but not for tshirt) using angularJS. Some of the essential features are dragging and dropping layers(pic or text), resizing layers, grouping and ungrouping layers, locking layers in their places, exporting the picture in different formats, storing the layers and positions of them in database and etc. I'm a web developer and know many of these can be find in [login to view URL] or in github.
