The following project is a proposal I am putting together for presentation. If this proposal is successful, there will be additional projects. This project proposal involves creating a 80-page annual directory of resorts and their amenities from an existing database. The requirements are: • The catalog must be set up in a professional graphic program such as Adobe InDesign (NOT a Microsoft program like Word or Publisher!) • In this program, you would set up a template which would access the database to pull in the pertinent information for each resort. In this way, as the database is modified, the catalog would update. (There are 2 resorts listed per page.) • This catalog will use the same database as their web site uses. This is currently a Microsoft Access file. If this will not work, please suggest a file type that will work. • I will coordinate the printing. You must provide an electronic file. The quote is for generation of the catalog template, plus linking this template to the database. • You must have a working sample of this type of work and references.
