Design an Ad Banner for our product

We're looking for a few ad banners to be designed for our product. The banners should match our current products color scheme. All product details and logos will be provided to the winning candidate. The banners should be static (not animated) and submitted in Photoshop (PSD) format.
The banner sizes we require are:
160x600
728x90
300x250
All 3 banner sizes should be included in your submission.
The candidate should expect at least one round of revisions to the submitted designs, so please include that in your price. If we're happy with your work, it will likely lead to rehiring as we regularly need this type of design done.
