Design a Flyer and convert to HTML

I have a newsletter which is done using MS publisher but when I convert it to HTML and export to mailchimp it is playing up. I need someone to fine tune the design and convert/build it in HTML. Having HTML format which is supported by mailchimp is very important than design itself.
It is a simple quick job for someone who knows HTML/CSS. I will provide all the images and required content. Ideally looking to get it done today!
