Design an Organic Fertilizer Product Flyer

We are an organic fertilizer company (early start-up) and I have been doing all the in-house design work for the company myself, and I have a photoshop-friendly layered Tiff file with the flier we've been using. We just want an update to be designed by a professional and give a cleaner, more simplified version of what we already have. Text copy is likely to change, but because I have basic photoshop skills I'm comfortable changing copy. From a designer, I'd just like some fresh ideas on how to visualize the content and make it more attractive. It has to be clean, concise and clear because our customers are people running commercial flower and vegetable farms in East Africa. Most of these are either old white Kenyans (or Dutch/Indian) businessmen or moderate-to-highly educated Kenyan farm managers. Link to full TIFF file here: [login to view URL]
