Design a Website Mockup

We need an experienced UX / UI person to design the front end to an online training facility . The site will have sections for:

1. logging on to online (real time) training ,

2. the launching of a series of help files,

3. and an online testing facility.

Following on there may be some redesign of an existing application .

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

Genuine passion for UX and design

thorough understanding of user­centred design, methods and techniques

Track record of UX delivery for a range of digital touchpoints including mobile, tablet and other touch devices

Excellent working knowledge of wireframing tools such as Axure, Adobe Creative Suite and other tools

Well practiced in the creation of UX design documentation inc user journeys, flows, scenarios and fully annotated wireframes

Experience in designing and facilitating co­creation sessions and design workshops with stakeholders and users

Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technological capabilities

Great communication skills and collaborative working methods

Excellent knowledge of usability, accessibility and industry standards/best practices

Ability to author and standardise UX documentation including wireframes, user flows, etc.

Ability to work remotely and productively with good time and goal management.
