Hi There,
I'm looking for a really good designer that can design website layouts and graphics for me in Photoshop to be later converted to a a website.
Designs need to be layout in 12 column grid in Photoshop so that I can use bootstrap to do a conversion later to HTML.
The layers in Photoshop need to be named correctly so that It's easy to understand the design layout. I really need a good designer that can produce [login to view URL] quality designs in Photoshop.

I will also give you the opportunity if you are interested to work with me in future and share revenue on anything I make. I'm a web developer, so I need a really strong designer on this.
