Design a Website - Need graphic designer with strong wordpress experience.

The work is not difficult from a great graphics designer who has strong wordpress experience and is organized. The website is created with a WordPress template and it has been uploaded and setup for you already. The content or information has been already created for you. We need you to move all of the content from one website to another website. The wordpress has been created for you and we only need you to work in wordpress.
The important part of the work is selecting the best graphics, crop the graphics to optimal size, rename the graphics, and upload it to the wordpress storage. The graphic will be used on the website. We need to make sure the graphic size is the smallest and best graphic display for a website. We do not want a large jpg of 500 kb where it could be the size of 50kb and the 50 kb would give the same look on website as the 500 kb jpg. The naming convention of the file needs to be descriptive and short such as 10 to 15 characters. We can provide a little help on editing and selecting the graphic although we expect you to do most of the work. We would like you to send the graphics to us for review so we don't waste you time posting the graphics and we don't like it. We are here to help you, too.
