Design html5/responsive page templates

I require a set of simple responsive template pages and some common inner elements designed in html5 format for use in website that will be eventually integrated with a custom PHP/AJAX CMS framework later. (PLEASE NOTE: No PHP or AJAX etc required from you - you will just be doing some standard HTML, CSS and general look and feel design). The template pages will be for the most part fairly simple repeating header/nav/footer content which will have further html content added by our PHP developers later. Other than the home page there will be not much requirements for image based content I envisage the following pages will need designed: Main Header, Nav bars and footer Home page content with responsive banner and overlays and styled sectional content below 2 or 3 separate styles of general content pages (full width option, sidebar right and sidebar left) with some dummy content added A checkout pages flow and Cart page design Some styled elements such as tabbed boxes, different sized feature boxes, button styles, menus etc will likely be required. All elements must display in a proper legible manner for mobile and other handheld devices A reference site can be supplied to draw inspiration from about design and content layout (but not exact copy please!).
