If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask! Project Scope A creative brief needs to be filled out to meet the business needs/goals of the logo in order to streamline the design process. Design work will include 2 concepts and final logo designed fit to the needs of the client outlined in the creative brief. Client Responsibilities Proofs/concepts should be returned with feedback and decisions within 24hrs of receipt to ensure the project deadline is met. Otherwise, the project deadline may be pushed back. Additional Costs & Kill Fees Any work requested outside the scope of the project, (i.e. logo design), will result in an hourly charge at the rate of $60 an hour to complete the additional requested work. A kill fees of 50% of the project bid may also be charged if the project is cancelled. Revisions & Final Deliverables This bid includes two designed concepts — which the client would choose from for refinement. The final concept would be revised per client feedback and final files delivered in the following formats (Native AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPEG). This bid doesn't include any revisions outside of the revisions/feedback given at the time of the concept direction being selected. Additional revisions may be added for at a per hour cost.
