Hi! We are a couple of developers that want to retake our personal portfolio. As you may know, designing something for yourself it's... complicated and honestly we have been postponing the launch due to my indecision in the colors or the way the font looks and stuff like that. We have the copy and the desired "structure" (5 sections) which I think is a good start for a quote. What we would need is someone that can convey the right feel for our enterprise, you do not need to know how to code, but you do need experience designing for websites. Please provide anything that might help us corroborate your experience and/or the quality of your work (portfolio). We would like to have simple animations (doable with this library [login to view URL] , examples here [login to view URL]) that don't require us to place a loader in our website, we are not a design agency so we do not need something that is deadly creative (personally I'm inclined to no illustrations and more stock, but that is something that we can design once the project starts). An elegant, modern and polished look would be enough in my opinion. The design is expected to be delivered with instructions/references of what is supposed to happen (text should fade in from left, background image should be parallax, etc), so that's why I want to emphasize that user experience is an important part of the development of the website, so everything should feel intuitive. I'm not expecting this to be done in 1 day, quick delivery is not a plus in my case, longer development time with better results are preferred. I'm also attaching the current logo/icon for the enterprise. We are open for redesign if it's needed.
