What you will be needing are: 1. A Web Domain (hosted on any web services company and having MYSQL and PHP available) 2. Atleast one android phone with a working phone number and Internet connectivity (preferably through WiFi). 3. A Free third party SMS Gateway App. How will it work: On your web server we will code an administrative panel where you will be able to enter the phone numbers available where SMS can be received. On your web server we will code a publicly accessible page which the end users check for incoming messages on your defined phone numbers On your web server we will code a hidden page where your Android phones will submit incomming messages. On your Android phone you will install some free SMS Gateway App and set it up to post all incoming SMS messages to your web server. (I can recommend some free apps for this purpose that I have already tested. If you request I can show you a proof of concept. You will be able to use multiple Android phones for having multiple incoming SMS numbers.
