Seeking someone to work with making banner ads for promoting and marketing services of my clients.
I have hired people from this site and want a lot but don't understand the combination of graphic design AND advertising. This was a complete waste of time but gives some idea of what I am looking for.

This project is mainly to find the right person. I would like to work with someone who does understand both, who can look at the product and understand how to make good ads that will get attention. Most will be static while some will be animated.
