Upgrades to a futurism news website using Wordpress platform

I have a futurist news site which I want to take to the next level. The site is bravenewsworld.com. It is using the Wordpress Newspaper 6.0 theme by Tagdiv.
Ideally, I would like to create or enhance the following:
1. New logo and polished look
2. A good comment system
3. A better integrated Buddypress section
4. A better integrated WooCommerce section
5. An authors page with photos/short bios of writers
6. A good ad system
7. Overall help with making site into a solid, busy news site
I would like to find a web developer who has a strong interest in futurism and technology. I have built what is currently online. I can do a lot, but need a pro to assist, do the tricky stuff, and make recommendations. This could become an ongoing partnership with increasing pay as site gathers traffic.
