I need a logo, app icon, and splash page for a new app I'm working on.

This is for a website/app experience based around the sport discgolf. The initial app functions like a golf caddy in that it tracks your score and tells you about the hole and course you’re playing. I do not want the logo to reflect this in any significant way though. I want the logo to be discgolf themed in general.

The target audience is people who play disc golf frequently.

I'm looking for a simple design that scales well as it will be used across multiple mediums: web, app, print. It can be more complicated when larger (i.e. have the url/name integrated or something else) but it must have a recognizable element consistent at any size.

I'm looking for a simple color scheme. I'd like to pass this logo on to someone to create a theme for the app that complements this logo.
