We are looking for a front-end developer on a short-term contract, to build the CSS foundations of our new user interface. We have a complete set of detailed design specifications for you to work from, with a clearly set out order of priority. You should be: Experienced in building responsive, pixel-perfect CSS3 and styling HTML5 charting packages Familiar with implementing grid systems Comfortable working closely with fellow developers and designers Available immediately, ideally London based elsewhere will be considered We aim to complete the project within 3 weeks, ready for full handover to our in-house development team, and inclusive of development and feedback phases.

If you give to me the PSD design I can make this project using HTML 5, CSS3 and responsive design, maybe will be a good idea to include some bootstrap module for jquery and some HTML 5 objects.
