look at my prototype at "[url removed, login to view]" and download the system description (pdf file available at the help page). The prototype transfers data via e-mail but that should be changed in order to use MySQL database (as described in the system description).

The project will contain 3 to 5 groups, and up to 30 objects per group. Total number of objects will be 60 to 70. Three to five different data forms may be used for the 70 objects.

For offline analysis, the MySQL database data must be exportable to Exel files (CSV-files).

The CMS software (such as Drupal or Jombla or whatever the coder will use) willbe new for me. I just have knowledge in html only. Therefore plan some hours of work to teach me that subject.

I prefer a fixed price proposal, not an hourly rate.
