Basic responsive/fluid email template

This is a basic email PSD that need to to be developed as a responsive HTML.
Some issues:
1. Must be a valid email template (tables)
2. This must be a Fluid design, what ever you need to make it look best in mobile devices (width 100% etc.) - the most tricky part here are the stars radio buttons and 3 product images. Anyway it should look good on 280px width.
3. The CSS should be in classes NOT inline, i will generate the inline version
4. images will be dynamic! (images are the logo and products images, the cups) so image holder should be developed, for example in the product images the image in the boxes should be an <img> tag that is surrounded with the grey and white border.
5. The stars should NOT be images - use ASCII stars instead (★)
6. The input field and button should be a form (can use a dummy link for the action)
7. Fonts should be Arial, even if PSD has other fonts.
