Copy Prestashop Theme to another URL

I need the Prestashop customized theme I put on one URL to be copied and installed to work with another URL as well. I was told by Hostgator while they cannot do it he was familiar how to do this and it's simply having someone copy the files then install on to work with the new URL without affecting the old one. For an experienced person this is less than an 30 minutes of work per Hostgator tech support so the pay is fair.
