Please connect my front-end code, which includes HTML, CSS and JavaScript, to my back-end code, which is written in an RoR application framework. I have both the front-end code and the back-end code already written you do not need to write new code. I am simply looking to hire someone who can connect both portions of the written code together; my budget is very small at this time, but I tip well and I am looking for people that I can form a relationship with and work with more in the future.
