AngularJS simple search box website

This is a simple web page that uses AngularJS and needs to have the following characteristics:
- simple input box which is bounded to an AngularJS controller
- user inputs a minimum of 3 characters and the input box shows suggested tags. These tags are retrieved at page initial load via $http angular js call to a local rest end point.
-after the user selects the first tag from the suggested drop-down tags the app should make a $http call to another end point to retrieve some objects. The call is made by passing the selected tag as an argument.
- the user is allowed press space and start typing another word for which we will show again suggested tags (as previous from the same collection we have loaded initially).
- after the user selects a tag another $http call is made again to retrieve objects and the call is made by passing the second selected tag as an argument to the $http call.
No UI/html development needs to be done I just need the basic above behaviour to run with a good response time for a collection of tags of 10000 tags.
If the user cannot select a tag from the collection of tags (it doesn't exist) and just types a word and press Enter the app should query again the $http for the new input word even though is not part of the tags collections.
After the user selects the first tag and second tag both tags are still visible in the input box. The behaviour should be to show both in the input box.
