Design fully functioning website from template and archived previous website

my old webhost lost functioning website with all backups over a year corrupted.. I have purchased a new template, and I want this template set up. I have managed to find a cached version of the old website, so basically I want all the products, images, etc from the old website, transferred to the new template. They are different template formats, so the information will need to be manually input on the new template.. I want all the same options on the front page as the previous archived one.,. Slider pictures, products, packages, deals, payment options. I want the menu options on the new site, how they were on the old one.. with the same options up the top, as well as the footer options the same down the bottom I want a new products section also like the original, that when new products are added, automatically go into that section all the same product options, with everything functioning properly. I will break the project up into 4 Milestones First Milestone: Homepage Completion Second Milestone: Complete Design Third Milestone: Complete Development Fourth Milestone: Testing & Signoff Only Bid if you accept these terms, and are truly capable of completing the tasks. I have been let down by a few freelancers who's skills did not match what they stated. This website must be perfect.
