change some graphics and info from old site

I have an html template that i wanted to modify with a new domain name and info. It has a large image at the front that requires replacing plus several changes to the link structure. It's html structure so should be very easy to modify but the bulk of the work will be just replacing or modifying that large image with a new one (i dont have the psd but you can slice the image and play with the css) I am looking for a quick turnaround and cheap work. very low budget for this but it doesnt require a brain surgeon. :)
