Customize WP Theme

I have an existing "live" website, [login to view URL] that I wish to have customized in the following ways: 1. Customize the homepage feature section akin to whats used here:[login to view URL] 2. Add a e-commerce function on a new separate page for purchase of products w/logo, paypal feature 3. Increase social media icon sizes atop home pages 4. Integrate additional advertising placeholders on homepage/bottom of page/other pages/banner areas 5. Add a social media homepage side-tab akin to what's used here : [login to view URL] 6. Add a subscription feature so any site updates are sent to those who subscribe to site, newsletter option These are my top priorities.
