Animation for Pilot Episode of TV Series

Hello! We are looking to produce the pilot episode of a Series and need your help with it.
We can provide Script, Character Sketches, and some Voice Over work. We will need most of the rest. As I understand, that entails creating character sheets, creating a storyboard, adding color, and animating it to the voice overs.
We may be able to provide the character sheets and storyboard, however, this is not certain.
We have a strong vision of what we want to see it become and are hoping to find someone that can work with us to achieve this.
