You must be able to create flash animations. But your main skill should be, that you have ideas. We are selling promotional items and workwear. We tell you a theme and you should create a news- letter. You do it in Englisch, we translate it in German. You should optimize the disign of our website [login to view URL] If possible, you should be able to design a catalogue in indesign. - good English knowledge (German is an advantage) - excellent Adobe Flash ( AS2 & AS3 ), Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator knowledge - attention to details and creativity A wonderfull posibility would be, that YOU tell us the themes and then finish your own idea :-)
