3D Animation of Traffic Light - Short Animation.

3D Environment : cross road in countryside, each lane has a traffic light on each lane . Scene 1 ( Low traffic ) : 3 to 4 cars in each lane, approaching the red traffic light, make queue waiting traffic light to open . traffic lights open and close sequentially allowing number of cars to pass, period is 15 sec approximately . Scene 2 ( high traffic in one lane, low traffic in others ) : repeat scenario above, but increase the cars to 10 to 20 in one lane only to simulate congested lane. traffic light open and close as usual, showing how congested lane become worse as congestion become worse . Display a text illustrating the problem . Scenario 3 : repeat scenario 2 , but this time , we will show a street sensor is added to each lane , counting how many cars are passing ,, the device will detect a congested lane and will open the traffic light for a longer period in order to release the congestion. bottom line we will show how this device reduced the congestion in all the congested lane without affecting the traffic on other non-congested lanes . Terms : 1- The video should be rendered at 1080p/25 fps 2- 3D environment, i.e. road , country side, traffic lights, cars , should be approved before animation, 3- Add cool introductory to the animation, where we show project name + project team members + their photos in separate professional view + add cool introductory 4- Need to add some a texts and illustrations overlays in different points of the video. 5- All animations should looks smooth. renders should take care of light , shadows and reflections. 6- include simple sound effects + background music if needed . 7 - it is understood that there is a chance to request changes and modifications during the course of the project . The freelancer should be flexible and patience till the customer is fully satisfied . 8- the freelancer should commit to a delivery date and time . Failure to meet the deadline gives the project owner the right to cancel the project and claim the pending milestones. OR ,, set new deadline by the project owner exclusively . 9- The freelancer should communicate the progress achieved in a daily basis, and should send a draft copy of the animation on a daily basis.
