We developed a electronic sensor board, for which we do need a casing. The electronic device consists of two pcb's which are both 8cmx4cm (see pictures attached) and should be mounted site by site inside the case. The case could be out of steel like the one attached or out of plastic. Since we do not have much knowlage of case design and production, you shpould be able to find the best and cheapest material and production method. We need abput 25pcs of the casing, the price should be reasonable. To make the case fit we would provide you with the electronic pcb. A shematic drawing is also attached. Hi, I am a mechanical engineer and can very easily design the case that you require with perfection (kindly check my portfolio). I can also get it manufactured but the thing is that since the number of pieces are low they have to be made using wire cut and proto tooling which increases the per piece cost. Therefore I am providing the breakup of the two tasks here i.e. designing and manufacturing separately. You may decide if you want to give me only designing or both. Designing - $120, Manufacturing for 25pieces - $550 (excluding the shipping cost and any other taxes applicable). Looking forward to hear from you. If you have any queries do let me know.
