Change The Stage

I had a Freelancer for months and we were never able to communicate or make it happen! In other words with all that time having gone by... I still don't have a website. So I want some one who clearly listens, understands, design, knows what they are doing, and can take directions. I want an Interior Design website that will highlight my portfolio shots and the few content words I will say. I want to be able to upload the text and the photos myself once the site is built. I want s site that is Hip, Sleek and Contemporary. My speciality is Contemporary and Accessorizing. Thank you. Char
