I am looking for a Can Spam compliant bulk email marketing professional who can provide - as an initial test of your services - 10,000 USA and send emails to them. IMPORTANT: For this project, only bid for sending to 10,000 USA based emails. This will be a test, and if I like the service, then we can work on a long term basis. I am looking to partner with a qualified person who can procure email lists and send Can Spam compliant bulk emails on a consistent basis for me. This project is ONLY FOR THOSE EXPERIENCED IN SUCH PROJECTS! I am looking for maximum inbox delivery. And, I need data on sent, opens and clicks, preferably though an online control panel (if possible). ONLY SERIOUS AND QUALIFIED BIDDERS!
