Assist with Project Management

The role is primarily as a Personal Assistant, but definitely opportunity to expand into some business development work as well and learn new skills.

Initially the main requirements would be:

- Email management and scheduling appointments

- Time and travel and expense management

- Personal and business support errands around Manila

- Research / content writing / data entry tasks

- Social media monitoring and posting

- Ad hoc business support tasks in my professional, volunteer and entrepreneurial work as needed.

- Highly desirable: experience in graphic design and great english communication skills

I work across a number of different activities in Quezon City, Las Pinas and Calamba and while the exact requirements are likely to change overtime, ultimately I'm in need of someone who is:

- Competent / attentive to detail

- Intelligent and articulate communicator

- Highly initiative and can work self-directed

- Adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities

Can be PART TIME or FULL TIME for at least 3 months depending on what other skills you have.

You MUST be based in METRO MANILA

You MUST be a FILIPINO

SEMI-virtual need to be available to meet/co-located work 2 times per week in Calamba

Initial period would be 3 months with a view to permanent/ongoing employment if performance is satisfactory

Pay would depend on your skills / experience range.
