DataEntry - Committee&Chair Project

Hello,

This is a manual data entry project. I am not looking for automated data scrappers.

This project involves getting two pieces of information for each of the individuals in the excel sheet:

1. Whether the individual is "Chairman of the Board of Directors", or "Chairman", or "Chairman of the Board", or "Chair"

2. Whether the individual is either the chair/chairman and/or a member of five committees: audit, compensation, corporate governance, executive, and nomination committees.

I will provide the names of the individuals in an excel sheet. I will also give the URLs of web documents for each company from which you will have to get the above two pieces of information.

Here are the basic steps involved:

1. For each company, click on the URL in the excel sheet.

2. In the web doc, find the section titled "Management", "Election of Directors" or "Executive Officers and Directors"

3. For each company, locate the individuals listed in the excel sheet in that section.

4. For each individual, enter the above required information in specific, clearly titled columns.
