My speed typing is around 40 words per minute. If we assume that you have 11 pages with 400 words, that is 4400 words in total, which can be finished in two hours. I would take few hours more to check the text. That means that the project could be finished in one day without mistakes and for not so high price. I am a new freelancer but you won't make a mistake if you give me a chance to prove myself.
