I have a well designed website in the gourmet coffee niche which I need to sell urgently. The site is www.mister-barista.com. It is full of unique content, including a useful Ebook guide as a giveaway to viewers. My expertise is not in selling websites but in building them. I also do not have time to do seo for this site. Therefore I wish to engage a competent freelancer to market and transfer the site for me. When you sell this website I will pay you 25% of the sale price should the sale price be over $150.
