Adsense Optimisation to Increase CTR & Revenue

We are looking for someone to optimise our ad placements to increase our CTR and inturn increase our Ad Revenue. You will be required to test, deploy and further test ad placements to create a sustained increase in CTR and revenue. You must have experience with Google Adsense optimisation, Plus experience with vBulletin and ad integration. You will be given further projects to optimise our other sites upon sucessful completion. We would prfer to worik with someone who also has Experience with other ad networks and affiliates fo mixing advertising to increase site revenue. Requirements: Experience with Optimising Ad Placements, CTR and Revenue.
