Adds insertion required on my Website

Our website address is www.tizentutorials.com. We want to display Adds on our website. We have following requirements: 1. We will prefer adds as Pay per Week. 2. Adds should be ethical. Adds content should not contain any immoral and under-values material. Also, Adds should not contain any glamorous pictures. 3. Adds placement company should be authentic and famous. 4. Bidder should have to elaborate and document the whole process after add placement with us. 5. We will pay between 12 to 15 dollars for this task. Also, we will pay 30% of our first two months payment to bidder also. But, we will transfer all the money to bidder account with first two months 30% payment if we receive payment from adds website. So, it clearly means that we will end the project and will release money if we will receive money from Adds website. So, this amount will become as a sum of upto 30 US dollars (Placement of images on our websites and 30% commission of first two months ) 6. Any suggestions from developer is warmly welcomed.
