I would like to submit 5 articles in some article directories. I have already written the articles. My budget is $30 and the article directories have to meet the following requirements:

1)Home page must have at least PR2+

2)Article directories must have unique IP

3)The directories must be only article directories (not general website directories)

4)Because I have already submitted some articles in article directories, I would like to check first where you plan to submit my articles first

5)Because of my budget is strict I will select the freelancer who will offer my the most directories (if they meet the above criteria)
