I need to hire for a regular long-term assistant to help with communications and VA tasks for my online business. I need this person to be analytical-minded and have at least a basic understand of data analysis, analytics, or data science (because my business is in the data science field). Please read ALL of this listing before bidding. The tasks I need help with right now include: Emails: Up to 20 emails per day need to be answeredâ�¦ I need you to look back thru my records to get an idea of how I answer them, and what I am doing with my businessâ�¦ Then talk to me and get clarification on areas of the business that you made be unclear aboutâ�¦ Then I need you to start responding to my business emails and scheduling appointments. I NEED SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE IN THIS PLEASE. Instagram tasks: Every 1 or 2 weeks, use my Just Unfollow account to unfollow accounts that are not following me back on Instagram Respond to comments on my posts on Instagram Interact with certain key accounts (I will provide you a list of names) Facebook Pages and Groups: Interact with other Facebook Pages on behalf of my Page Share and comment on content from other pages Interact, comment, and respond in Facebook Groups that are related to my business area. LinkedIn: Interact, comment, and respond in LinkedIn Groups that are related to my business area. I feel confident in helping administrate a data science business I am not new to this site. If you look at my profile on the employer side I have over 50 reviews, all of which are positive! For some reason when i migrated from Scriptlance to here, I lost all my reviews. Regardless, Hyperactive Inc. is an American company owned by a very logical and analytical thinker. As a person born in America, I would say i have a good grasp of our language. At least i would hope I do. I would be more than happy to handle these tasks for you on a monthly basis. The problem i have with it is that you are not very clear on the amount of hours required to complete the tasks. Some of your tasks are a little vague such as "Facebook Pages and Groups: Interact with other Facebook Pages on behalf of my Page". Well is this ten comments or one-thousand? The difference is very relevant. Based on conversations we might have about this topic i would reduce my price, or perhaps raise it depending on the amount of work you honestly need done.
