CRM/Marketing (Recruitment) Automation

Need a cheap, automated CRM/marketing (used for HR recruitment) system to cut down on processing applicants and scheduling interviews. Please read requirements carefully to make sure you have a handle on all the points. Here are the required workflow elements: - Applicant fills in form on website (WordPress, Contact Form 7 or other free forms plugin) - Details, including custom fields and file attachment(s) go into CRM (ideally free or cheap CRM e.g. HubSpot CRM) - Send group interview invitations easily and quickly after reviewing their application... Need to be able to easily offer several group interview event time slots each week for approved applicants to attend, and have them book the time that suits them without any back and forth, sending a Google Meet link to them. - Also need to cap each group time slot to 5 people max - During the interview the applicants will be asked to fill out a form on our website (or possibly a Google Form). This data has to be put into the CRM and added to the same record - Then I need to review their answers and very easily (click of a button ideally) mark them as one of the following: A) Role 1 (sends email with link to contract for Role 1 automatically), Role 2 (same, but different email for Role 2), or Rejected (nice rejection email sent). - Then when they sign the contract, this needs to be appended to their record automatically - Note: The applicants must be automatically moved through custom CRM stages as well, e.g., Application Received, Interview Scheduled (or Rejected), - Also, people must be added to email marketing lists accordingly, including Role 1 and Role 2 lists (i.e., once contract is signed), as well as a general list for both, and other basic lists against CRM criteria All that said, basically the only manual actions I want to take are to review their original application, as well as their interview questionnaire, and only to move them to the next stage in the flow. Stressing again that this system has to be able to run for free or as close to free as possible. At this time I am the only user but expect to have more users in the future.
