Classified Ad Poster Payment every 24 hours

I need to post 1000+ ads daily on top US classified site in "Financial Services" section. I will pay only for live ads that stay live for at least 24 hours. Will release payment every 24 hours. I will pay $0.30 per live post. If your posting charges higher than this then don't bid on this project. This is ongoing and long term project.
++You must have your own tools+++ (PVAs, IPs etc...)
I will provide only ad copies and images
You have to post 2 test ads for consideration.
