Creative Internet Marketer/Writer Required To Market My Website...

Okay, this is a bit different as I'm wanting the chosen Freelancer to use their own initiative. Here's the background:
1. I have a website selling ostrich, peacock and pheasant feathers in the UK.
2. I want somebody to help me market this website by providing some relevant content that will be published elsewhere.
You simply just need to tell me (when placing your bid!):
1. An idea of something you would write about.
2. An example of a REAL website/company you would approach to reprint this article.
- What would you say to them? Who would you approach in the organisation?
- What would you do if there was no response from someone you contacted?
- How would you keep note of the names of the sites/people you have contacted?
3. How would you sell your idea to them?
4. Can you think of other places you would find people interested in the content you would write?
5. What kind of things would you put into the article to increase sales on MY website, and increase it's position on Google?
Please place your bid upon:
1. Coming up with your own idea for an article, writing it, and pitching it to good Page-Ranking websites (PR3+) until somebody publishes it.
This would be an ongoing marketing drive (I would want at least 10 articles completed in the future) so would be an ongoing job to the right candidate. I want all work to be original, and will be checking work with software (e.g. Copyscape) so work will not be paid for that has been taken from elsewhere.
I value quality over cost. I want original, researched and interesting content. Also, I have no time for Freelancers who do not write personalised replies when bidding. I prefer someone creative who uses their own initiative to think of things that would never have occurred to me!
When placing your bid please let me know why I should choose you. Also, please send me links to good PR sites you have had your work published on in the past (it doesn't have to be relevant to my industry!). And, of course, once I have paid for your work it becomes the property of my company to use as it wishes without further payment.
