Help me with Internet Marketing

we are based in UAE, selling some kids products like bags, pillows, dishes etc online. So far, we have some very good products, which are becoming famous online slowly. We are pushing the online marketing through social media campaigns. We want to go to next level, but pushing more & more customers to see & buy the products. We have videos & photos for these products. Requirements are simple - We want to make more visibility of our products online, so they can sell faster. - Sales to happen through our website. - We have good FB page & all products are there. So it can be used for online marketing along with our website. - Sales to happen mainly from UAE, Saudi, Oman, Kuwait countries, so these are targeted countries. However, first we have to see results in UAE. - We dont want SEO for our website, as some other people are already doing it. We want pure sales based marketing, where more & more traffic is diverted to our FB page & website & sales can grow. - We want to see a clear strategy plan, as what you will do to achieve this. Details are important for us. - Time required for this. Results should be visible to qualify the project. - We want a long term freelancer, who can start to show results, then can work with us for long term, as we have lot of new products launched on weekly basis. Target category will be kids & parents mainly. - Budget has to be reasonable, however we can also pay incentives based on sales results. Most important, would like to see the references projects, where you have achieved similar results.
