Need help promoting a small online contest

It is just a small prize and a trial run for future promotional efforts. Being a small prize it doesn't make sense to spend a whole lot of money on promotion, we anticipate that a few hours for an experienced candidate would be enough. You must be fluent in English for this job. If you are interested in the gig just send a very brief strategic outline. As much as we love to read company descriptions they are not relevant in this case, we are interested in what you will do , not what you have done. Completion of this project would be considered as 1) You completing all the items on your strategic outline 2) Creating & Sending a spreadsheet of works done, including specific links or contacts in case we decide to do further promotion at a later date. 3) A quick check of completed works by us.
