Android Oracle ADF App

I am looking to build a mobile app for Android using JDeveloper that will use the ADF Hierarchy Viewer to display an organisation hierarchy. The app should be able to cope with two types of reporting structure

1 - Project hierarchy

2 - Company hierarchy

A project hierarchy may consist of individuals from multiple companies

It should be possible for the user to configure a colour to represent both a company and a project

It should be possible for the user to configure server connectivity, this will currently be to an Oracle OBIEE 11g data warehouse

- The OBIEE instance is currently available and can be accessed over the internet, details will be provided on acceptance

It should be possible to password protect the application but this should be optional

It should be possible to email from the local mobile device using the information stored within the individual nodes of the hierarchy structure.

The top level of the hierarchy should always be the project or company in focus

Where there are one or more hierarchies within a company or project that are not connected directly the link should be back to the top level project or company

It should be possible to initiate a phone call from the local mobile device using the information stored within the individual nodes of the hierarchy structure.

It should be possible to send an email from the local mobile device using the information stored within the individual nodes of the hierarchy structure.

It should be possible to filter hierarchies by geo location, i.e. if you have the geo location of the company and you are standing in their offices then it should be possible to filter on that individual company matching the company location with the mobile device location

It will be necessary to connect to an Oracle OBIEE instance using WDSL to obtain the data.

A good standard of in code documentation should be provided.
