We're needing to design a Video Image Processing Platform of a critical terrain. This system so designed will provide its users enhanced situational awareness. Work will include processing of video/ or audio in real-time, multi-layer GIS overlay, and multi display view. Packetized video streams are acquired from ground based video sensors and transmitted view microwave to arboreal vehicles. This system can function as a standalone or used to augment existing system. Only Freelancers with advanced Image Processing skills, GIS, and advanced algorithms need to tender bids. Must also show previous work of clear relevance.
