Design and Build a Web Site

I need to have a web site designed and built. The domain name that I want to build is www.workatsubway.com. I would like the web site to be very aggressive in design and layout. My potential employees visiting this site are anywhere from the age of 16 to 23 years of age...so I would like the web site designed to be appealing to this age group. This site needs to be unique; I don't want a cookie cutter template used to build this site. I need a logo designed for this web site also. The wording on the front page of the web site might be something like this at [login to view URL] The front page needs to be a lot more appealing to my age group audience though. I like the text/layout used on this web site at [login to view URL] Although this site is not aggressive/appealing enough for my needs. In other words I want something better than this. Once the potential employee decides what position and location he/she is applying for I would like the application used at this web site [login to view URL] Again, I don't really like the simplicity of this web page, but it is a good starting point to work from. When the potential employee fills out this form and hits the send button I should receive this application via email. The total web pages that I believe I'll need for this web site is from 8-10 web pages. This will be a work in progress. So there might be a few changes along the way. If all goes well with this web site creation rest assured there will be future jobs coming soon to the winning free lancer. In short I would like this web site to be mind blowing in graphical design and user interface.
