Christmas Phone Widget

We are looking for a basic animated widget that is cross compatible on most android devices. Basically it is just a christmas day countdown. We are looking to form a long-term relationship with a mobile developer who can build on multiple platforms, handle implementation from designing from scratch to full launch into the Android Market. We need it to be pretty basic but must retain this functionality: 1. Ability to send alerts to people who downloaded the widget (for future widgets) 2. Simple user registration & login that is only required once, this will be used across all of our future applications, for marketing (opt-in), etc. This will return a token, similar to oAuth and will use a simple Rest API. 3. Translation into at least 2 popular languages English and Spanish 4. 2 to 4 custom "themes" (background, font size, font family, text location) Thanks!
